소브린 네트워크의 2019년 8월 추진 현황

○ Priority Items

#1: SEC Strategy for Sovrin Token 소버린 토큰을 위한 SEC (미국증권거래위원회) 대응 전략

Joseph Cutler/Perkins Coie (Foundation counsel) and Heather Dahl(CEO)는 SEC에 제출할 자료를 이사들에게 발표하고 대응 전략에 대하여 논의하였고 Q&A session을 가졌음

#2: DIDUX WG Charter (DID UX working group Charter)

Bart Suichies (SICPA)는 새로운 working group인 Decentralized Identity UX Working Group (DIDUXWG) 설립을 제안하였음. 그는 5월부터 이 그룹의 설립을 위해 일해왔고, 이전에 소버린 커뮤니티에 합류하지 않았던 새로운 멤버들도 참여하고 있음. GFWG(Governing Framework WG)가 WG charter의 승인을 추천하였음.

#3: Data Protection Regulation Revisions to the Sovrin Governance Framework

GDPR(EU), CCPA(US), PIPEDA(Canada)들을 포함한 모든 국가의 Data Protection 규제 준수를 위한 제안 문서에 대한 검토를 마쳤고, GFWG는 이사회가 공식적으로 승인하기 하기 전에 30일간 대외적으로 공개 검토를 진행할 예정임.

Spaceman ID Inc (Chicago): Tools for companies to easily implement private, secure, and portable digital credentials. ( 회사가 개인, 보안 및 휴대용 디지털 자격 증명을 쉽게 구현할 수있는 도구)

Xertify (Bogota, Columbia): A network where people and institutions can exchange trusted information based on blockchain technology ( 사람과 기관이 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 신뢰할 수있는 정보를 교환 할 수있는 네트워크)

#1. Governance Framework Working Group(GFWG) — Drummond

August was a relatively quiet month for the GFWG Task Forces, however they are all making steady progress.

At our last meeting on Monday August 26, Amit Sharma of Finclusive gave a presentation proposing a new Task Force on Payments and Compliance. There was strong interest, with several GFWG members volunteering to join it right away. We expect it to be up and running in early September.
